Your orders are shipped 1 to 2 days after purchase, Monday to Friday. Allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery depending on the chosen zone in mainland France.

Shipping your parcel

Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days of payment receipt. They are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number, delivered without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via Colissimo with signature on delivery. Whichever shipping method you choose, we send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed; transport costs vary depending on total parcel weight. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Colissimo home delivery

Once the parcel is prepared, it will be delivered against signature to your home. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left and you can either choose a new delivery date within 6 business days or pick up your parcel from the next day after 3 p.m. at the post office of your choice.

You have 15 days to collect your parcel from your local post office. You can track your parcel at any time on www.colissimo.fr.
