GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — SZIROM.FR

Scope

These general terms of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the website of SZIRŌM. A “customer” is any natural or legal person placing an order with SZIRŌM validated via our secure payment platform, by check or in cash.

Age limit

Age restrictions apply: SZIRŌM only accepts customers over 16 years of age (for physical products). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. We prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any newsletter subscriber not meeting these criteria (over 16) will be immediately removed from our database as soon as we become aware of it.

Order

Any order placed on a website belonging to SZIRŌM implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.

Price

Prices are indicated in euros, exclusive of tax (basic VAT exemption — article 293 B of the French CGI), excluding shipping and handling. Prices may be modified at any time, but the price applied to an order is the one displayed at the time of order.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-orders. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, etc. Cards issued by banks outside France must be international (Mastercard or Visa). American Express is not accepted. Secure online card payment is processed by Stripe. Information transmitted is encrypted and cannot be read in transit. Any guarantee regarding the security of this system is the sole responsibility of Stripe.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated when ordering (please be especially careful with the spelling and postal code). Risk transfers to you when the products leave our premises. In case of a lost parcel, we will do what is necessary so that you still receive your product or are reimbursed under your guarantee.

Personal data protection

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By entering your email on one of our sites, you will receive emails with information and/or promotional offers from SZIRŌM or partners. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.

Article 10 — Applicable law
All clauses in these general terms, as well as all purchase and sale operations referred to herein, are governed by French law.

WITHDRAWAL — RETURN — CANCELLATION — REFUND

Right of withdrawal
The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the French Consumer Code, via the contact form. Returns of hygiene products or products for body use are accepted only if unused and unopened (when sealed by packaging). Refunds are processed only after receipt of the returned products. Only the price of the returned products and standard shipping are refunded. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return at SZIRŌM. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. If products were used or damaged, SZIRŌM may claim damages.

Refund or exchange
The customer may opt for an exchange instead of a refund. They must return the unwanted product(s) at their own expense and specify the desired item and size. If the new order's amount is higher, the customer pays the difference; if lower, SZIRŌM refunds the difference within 15 days. Reshipment of new items takes up to 15 days from receipt of the parcel; the second shipment is at SZIRŌM's expense, but for an exchange, return shipping for the new product is at the customer's expense. Products must be returned in perfect resale condition, properly protected in their original packaging, with all accessories, instructions and documentation. SZIRŌM has 30 days from receipt to inspect, exchange identically, propose an item of equal value or accept the refund.

Following the global health crisis, delivery information, terms and costs are indicated on the delivery page of our site: szirom.fr. During this period, our entire team is mobilized to maintain the same quality of service while operating with reduced staff and protective equipment. Some products may be out of stock. The delivery page is the authoritative source as it is updated daily based on government and carrier measures.
